Our first experience with Jamie was when we sold an investment property in Rathdrum. We had previously attempted to sell the same property several years ago when the market was just beginning to fall. The realtor we had then was not nearly as experienced as Jamie, and consequently encouraged us to list the property at an unrealistic price. Needless to say, the "next" time we decided to sell that property, we were very cautious about our choice of realtor. Jamie was incredibly efficient, and very up front about what she felt was a market range for the property. With her guidance, the property sold in 3 weeks, at a price that fit the market perfectly.
When we needed to list my mother's property a few months later, there was little doubt where we would turn. Although the property was quite different, the experience was the same. Jamie had impeccable research, and responded to various purchasers oddities and requests very effectively. This property took a few weeks more to sell, but I have little doubt that without Jamie's finger on the pulse of the market and various buyers, we easily could have ended up with a much longer time to sale.
